Baby Isaac Anthony Hase was born on February 19, 2015 at 24 weeks of gestation due to ruptured Membranes , Proving statics wrong saying baby boy only had ONE PERCENT CHANCE OF LIVING. Isaac was born weighing only 1lb, 4 1/2 Oz. Baby Isaac was required to stay in NICU for 6 months, where he had many complications such as brain bleeds, kidney infections, hernia repairs, G-tube surgery, ROP, chronic Lung Disease and MUCH MORE. August 4, 2015 Baby Isaac was able to finally go home with his Family who have wished for this day to come since Day one. On August 22, 2015 we noticed the fight was not over and was rushed into pediatrics ER for waking up cold & blue, Baby Isaac spent 5 days and was released from the hospital yet not knowing the cause why he was rushed into ER in the first place. Baby boy was back to being himself learning how to reach for toys, trying to talk & smiling. September 2, 2015 Isaac was rushed into ER for similar reasons, he was put to sleep. After trying to see what might have caused same symptoms for the second time next morning baby Isaac was scheduled for a breathing tube replacement. Baby Isaac was in critical conditions and did not make it through the procedures. After more than an hour of CPR baby boy decided his Match was over and he had put the BEST fight for 6 months. Baby boy is now in peace in paradise, he is now our Guardian Angel forever
